Musical Horizons

Lately I have felt the need to expand my musical world beyond my beloved 50′s doo wop and classic country. Here are a couple of performers that have taken me in new directions.

Tommy Emmanual is a fabulous guitar player. Picking up (no pun intended) from where Chet Atkins left off, he just makes is all seem easy. His version of Guitar Boogie is just amazing.

Celtic Woman is a new but very successful group with wonderful voices and do great acapella which I love. Hear them sing Over the Rainbow and use YouTube to explore further.

Tommy Emmanuel’s Over the Rainbow is also impressive.
